PROFESSIONAL WHOLESALE PRICING:
based on terms of Net 30 from date of
invoice. Customers paying in excess of
Net 30 are subject to adjusted pricing.
Past due accounts subject to finance
charges. Orders can be paid by cheque
(personal cheques not accepted) , cash,
money order, VISA.
SHIPPING: via
mail, courier or bus. Shipping
charges are added to invoice.
ORDER QUANTITIES: We do
accept any size order, however in order
to fill small orders economically, we do
require pre-payment via credit card,
money order or COD shipping on all
orders under $25 (exclusive of shipping
and handling charges). Purchase orders
are accepted on all orders above $25.
STATEMENT OF LIMITED WARRANTY:
At time of shipment, all goods are
inspected and warranted to be of first
quality. Notice of damage or loss
incurred during shipping must be filed
with the carrier. Misuse or alteration
of the product voids any expressed or
implied warranty.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
All returns require authorization -
please call our office. Refunds
will be made on the product price, the
customer is responsible for payment of
shipping fees. Returns for full
refund of product price are accepted
within 30 days of shipment.
Returns received 31-60 days from
purchase are subject to a 15% restocking
fee. Returns received 61-90 days
from purchase are subject to a 50%
restocking fee. No returns accepted
after 90 days. Oval-8 rings may be
exchanged only for size correction.
INSURANCE COVERAGE:
Third party insurance may cover the cost
of 3-Point Products' splints.
